About Us
Since its inception, The Institute of Child & Adolescent Advancement, (ICAA) has been dedicated to cultivating young minds so that youth are able to make effective, responsible decisions. In 2010, Lindsey Dial and Adrienne Hawkins, two college friends, founded ICAA as a way to encourage children and adolescents to become successful, respectable young ladies and gentlemen and to combat negative societal images. ICAA is an international organization that supports research and data analysis and implements evidence based programs for youth.
